Small run

My mind was into running today, but my body said ’screw you’. All my muscles were tight when I was stretching, and from my first step I knew I needed to keep it short.

Was considering trying to run another 3 tonite, but we’ll see what happens. One never knows one minute to the next what may happen ;-)

Workout:

just curious…what do you think causes you to be so stiff from one day to the next? what are you doing in way of supplements after training and what not. try, maybe, changing your eating habits beforea nd after runs, walks….I know that after a good day of training the protein really helps me bounce back, and helps my mucles and tissues strengthen for next time around. remember, I only offer up any “advice” not knowing your diet..so take it for what its worth. how is everything else going for you?

I’m really not sure what is causing the stiffness. With things being hectic lately, some nights I eat chicken and veggies and other nights I might only eat a granola bar and a diet coke. Probably not the healthiest meal ;-)

This was a morning run too, I normally run at night when my muscles have already been stretched out from walking during the day.

Things are going pretty good. Trying to keep up on the running. Small runs for now. Trying this new supplement called Celedrin. It’s supposed to be 6x better than Glucosamine/Chondroitin.
