Holy crap! I got a 13.1 this Sunday
This is my dedication run. I was supposed to be up to this amount of mileage anyway in my training for the Vegas Marathon. We’ll see how things go.
Gonna shoot for another 3 miler tonite. Don’t wanna push it, but I’m trying to go back the the training I originally had when I started running. I ran almost EVERY day and increased mileage either daily or weekly without injury.
