I have a hydration belt for my longer runs (7 plus miles) which I rarely do anymore. it is comfy around the waist and holds gels too in a little pouch depending on which model you choose. I really like not holdin onto stuff when I run, its bad enough looking at your watch evey minute or less. Try running with a gel rather than water sometime...good electrolytes and energy, and doesn't get in the way.

rhcp..it was quite nice not to have that extra weight and the extra strength being depleted from holding the bottle. Most of the time I'm gripping it pretty hard and that takes away strength from running. I might consider getting a hydration belt.
