My dad called me yesterday to tell me that my application for the police department was denied. It’s ok. Life goes on. Now I know where I stand and I can pursue other avenues 
As I’ve been saying for quite some time now…
“Everything happens for a reason”
My goals are: To get a fresh start. To complete my first marathon as close to 4:00 as possible. To keep me and my son healthy and fit. My favorite sports include: running cycling walking hiking. My other favorite activities include: Volleyball and softball.

I know you will dig this…if you haven’t already read it! Check out the book “The Shack”. It really puts life in perspective for me, and how God works in and out of our lives. It helps you see the bigger picture of Christ and the intimate love he has for us. you will not be able to put it down. I know you have mentioned some rough times in the last year or so, but you are doing awesome! Keep it up!
