Nice work! Almost got to 10 didn’t ya, and at a nice pace. I don’t mind running in the wind too much, but can live without it, especially on race day. Shin is feeling a bit better, but the muscle tissue is still tender (lots of biking and walking around)…so I’m just gonna continue to swim and bike until the 5k in August (2nd). Humidity sucks! it is that wet heavy air (full of moisture) and it takes your breath away…you don’t get alot of it out where you are, but it is no fun for training in. keep plugging away!
