GIANT NOTE TO SELF - RE: Physical Abilities Test

DO NOT..I REPEAT DO NOT run 6.75 loop 2 days before next test. i failed by 5 seconds. I know 3 of it was positioning the stupid 155 lb dummy. Cuz once I got it up I was jamming. It’s ok. I’ll do better next time :-)
